Faceless VPN Connection App Reviews

UPDATE 4-Nov-2012: After App Store update, nothing has changed. There still is no plans listed in the "change plans" or "buy plans" menu. 0 stars if I could After initial signup and download (because the app description said they offer a free 1gb plan) I deleted it because the only plans the app listed were non-free plans, I deleted the app from my iPhone but I keep getting emails saying "You have an unused paid subscription.". After re-downloading the app, this time on my ipad2, in app, status is blank. Connection Status is "Disconnected" with IP "0.0.0.0". I click both Change Plan or Buy Plan and it takes me to a menu that says "Choose the plan from below to activate your account" BUT THERES NOTHING THERE TO CHOOSE! ITS BLANK! In user manual section, the VPN Auto Setup in ios button doesnt work, and when I try to setup/login using their manual instructions, it fails to authenticate (Ive setup VPN connections before, I know what Im doing). Failure on all levels with this app!

There is no email information to Support customer problems It needed update It only have PPTP I needed L2TP to see it works or not

like faceless could have some trail phase but not bad

Installs unsigned VPN profile. Must connect manually and drops too quickly during normal use.

It worked for a month or two but it doesnt anymore

"Authentication Failed" everytime. Worked at one time, now it doesnt work at all. Dont waste your time.

I use it on my computer fine, so I dont know why its so buggy I cant even pick a plan :/ if its fixed Ill make a better rating

Good app, very useful for a narrow circle of people. Personally, I came in handy this program!!!

Amazing apps, make me anon all the time. Btw, how much i get bandwith /month? Unlimited? Or Fair Usage Policy?

The software is pretty good although i get an error when it says authenticating connection

If I could id rate this more than 5 stars this app is amazing all others failed for me but this came through to me! (MUST HAVE APP!!!)

Not use this service. Support not reply. Account blocked and money not return. Bad service.

"PPP Server Cannot Be Authenticated" - been getting this message for months on both my iPad and iPhone.

The app is blocked and turned off by itself!!

I just bought the 3 month premium plan and will update my experience later, but so far setup was extremely easy and straightforward. 5 stars so far.

Its a pretty crappy VPN. It disconnects constantly, and you have to fight with it in order to get it to reconnect.
